Session for Your Community

Empower your community by attending one of Solar Power Scotlands community information sessions that will give you an informed overview about solar power. These sessions will help you learn:

• How to turn your community into your own power company.

• How to save money on your energy bills.

• How to create an income by selling your power to your energy company.

• How to reduce your carbon footprint.

You will also have the opportunity to ask a team of experts questions about how solar power works, how Government programs operate and what feed-in tariffs apply. Plus, the sessions include an overview on how renewable energy and sustainability can reduce your yearly household expenses and help the environment.

Empower your household and be equipped with information to make informed decisions on whether to invest in residential solar power. Drawing on previous successful programs this community-based information program has been developed specifically
for you and can be taken to your local community to educate and inform households about all things solar.

Educate yourself and your community and take the complexity out of investing in Solar Power.

If you would like to host an information session
all you need to do is:

• Gather a group of 5 people or more (your local school, sports club, work colleagues, neighbours, family members, scout groups, etc) any collective that
  would like to know how a solar system can help them save money on their energy bills.

• Contact us to arrange a date and venue (we can help with this) and to advertise
  the event locally!

• Turn up on the night and let us do the talking!
