Who is Solar Power Scotland? |
How Solar Power Scotland has Built its Success
Solar Power Scotland is the renewable energy division of PDQ Omis Ltd. Solar Power Scotland (SPS) was formed eight years ago in 1999 when its parent company PDQ Omis Ltd branched into the renewable energy market supplying Solar Panels and accessories to the leisure industry. The company began by supplying many thousands of solar panels to the caravan market, motor-homers and campers throughout the UK building its reputation on quality, efficiency, service and after care.
Just over 4 years ago SPS identified a niche in the market for a good quality, efficient and affordable Solar Hot Water Heating System that would also help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We found the Evacuated Tube System to be the most efficient on the market and the most durable. In 2006 we added a heat storage system to our product portfolio that can store generated heat for up to two weeks. This year (2007), we have increased our portfolio of products and solutions by partnering with market leading organisations. We are now able to offer Flat plate and Evacuated tube solutions, as well as tailored solutions that offer assisted central Heating.
Our friendly team of Clearskies accredited engineers and fleet of vans enable us to respond quickly to your requests. As a local family business, we pride ourselves on our personal service and quality customer care.
