Our mission statement
Our express desire is to create a ”First Class Customer Services Department” with which to promote our products and services, in a morally, ethically and professional manner and for each employee to embrace this God given opportunity to realise their full potential, and put to good use all of their working life’s experiences to make this opportunity count, for both their families the business and all our customers.
We will continue to seek new energy saving methods and products, through research and development measures, that will allow us to continue to reduce consumer bills and lower carbon emissions, and help to eradicate fuel poverty in this country.
As a company we will continue to invest in staff training and apprenticeship programmes, which will not only secure quality workmanship but also help to educate staff and customers alike.
We will have an open minded attitude, and be willing to accept constructive criticism which will enable us to learn from our mistakes, which will allow us to lead by example.
